This kit is engineered for both professional and amateur motorsport applications, including but not limited to, racing and drift scenarios.

Engine compatibility encompasses the Volvo Modular White block series, supporting straight-five and straight-six engine configurations with displacements between 2.0 and 2.9 liters. The kit is robust, with a maximum torque capacity of 650Nm (479.25 lb-ft) and an extended capacity of 800Nm (589.9 lb-ft).

The flywheel included in the kit is constructed from a combination of aluminum and cast iron, ensuring optimal balance and recyclability. It features a replaceable friction surface, facilitating maintenance and extending the component's lifecycle. The adapter ensures perfect coaxiality for precise engine and transmission alignment, utilizing components that are CNC machined from certified materials to meet rigorous professional standards.

Installation necessitates a custom flywheel using a ring gear sourced from the automatic Volvo OE 1275370, which must be procured separately. The kit comprises:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter
• Gearbox adapter bolts
• A custom flywheel
• A clutch cover with pressure plate bolts
• A custom clutch fork pivot pin/ball

Note that the adapter's thickness measures 20mm (0.78 inches). Manufactured in Poland, this product complies with ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring high quality and reliability.

It is critical to note that the kit does not include certain required components, such as:

• Bolts (Volvo OE 9454743)
• Starter (Volvo OE 1 005 821 977)
• Flexplate/ring gear/drive plate (Volvo OE 1275370)

Additionally, a dedicated clutch pressure plate, clutch disc, spline, release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder compatible with the specific gearbox are necessary for installation.
