PMC Motorsport presents a lightweight, precision-engineered aluminum flywheel, specifically designed to facilitate the integration of Toyota JZ engines with Nissan 350Z manual transmissions, including the CD009 model.

This flywheel, with a diameter of 250mm (9.84 inches), undergoes meticulous balancing procedures to ensure peak performance. It incorporates a replaceable friction surface, allowing for straightforward replacement of the worn cast iron surface with new components available from PMC Motorsport.

This flywheel is engineered for compatibility with a range of Toyota JZ engines:

• 1JZ-GE

It is suitable for application with 6-speed Nissan manual gearboxes, including CD001, CD005, CD007, CD008, and CD009 models.

Installation prerequisites include:

• A starter compatible with Toyota JZ engines without an additional pinion cover
• A flexplate or ring gear that aligns with specific Toyota OE part numbers

The flywheel is designed to operate with a clutch pressure plate and clutch disc intended for the Nissan 350Z and 370Z, maintaining a 250mm diameter specification. A torque of 72Nm with adhesive is required for securing the flywheel bolts.
