The PMC Motorsport STAGE 2 Adapter Kit is engineered for the conversion of Toyota Lexus V8 UZ engines, specifically the 1UZ and 3UZ models, to a manual transmission using BMW gearboxes. This kit enables the replacement of an automatic transmission with a BMW ZF gearbox, compatible with the BMW M57N2 ZF GS6-53DZ HGU and HGK 6-speed diesel gearboxes.

Key components of this kit include:

• The Sachs XTend 3000.950.709-S twin disc clutch, capable of withstanding a maximum torque of 700Nm (516.12 lb/ft).
• An aluminum gearbox adapter.
• Custom flywheel.
• Crankshaft bolts kit.
• Clutch cover.
• Pressure plate bolts kit.
• The Sachs clutch kit.

The flywheel, with a diameter of 215mm (8.46"), features a replaceable friction surface. The adapter has a thickness of 20mm (0.78"), and the flywheel must be secured to a torque specification of 72Nm (53.1 ft·lb) using adhesive.

Manufactured in the EU, this product adheres to ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification standards, ensuring precise alignment between the engine and gearbox for enhanced reliability and durability. Suitable for high-power vehicles intended for everyday use, this kit is compatible with various Toyota and Lexus models, including the Lexus LS 400 and Toyota Celsior.

Installation necessitates the use of a Toyota UZ starter and a flexplate/ring gear/drive plate with a spacer (OE 32116-50010 4.5mm) positioned between the engine block and the flexplate.
