The PMC Motorsport Stage 1 Adapter Kit is engineered for the integration of Toyota JZ series engines, including 1JZ and 2JZ variants such as FSE, GE, GTE, VVT-i, and non-VVT-i, into vehicles with the Lexus IS200 J160 Aisin AZ6 manual transmission. This kit is suitable for both daily use and motorsport, specifically drift racing applications.

Engine Compatibility:

• Toyota JZ series including 1JZ-FSE, 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-FSE, 2JZ-GE, 2JZ-GTE.

Transmission Compatibility:

• Lexus IS200 J160 First generation Aisin AZ6, supporting 2.0 L 1G-FE AS200 engine configuration.

Clutch Kit Specifications:

• Incorporates the Sachs 3000 950 742 clutch, engineered to handle a torque capacity of up to 600Nm (442.39 lb⋅ft).

Flywheel Details:

• This single disc flywheel measures 240mm (9.45") in diameter, features a replaceable friction surface, and is precision balanced prior to dispatch.

Installation Components:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter

Flywheel and Adapter Specifications:

• The flywheel weighs 5.60 kg (12.35 lb) and the gearbox adapter is 30mm (1.18") thick.
• The recommended torque specification for the flywheel is 72Nm (53.1 ft·lb) with adhesive application.
