The PMC Motorsport Lightweight Custom Aluminum Flywheel is engineered for seamless integration between the Nissan SR SR20 SR20DET engine and the BMW M57N M57N2 ZF GS6-53DZ HGD JGA E60 525D 530D 6-speed diesel gearbox.

This precision component features:

• Diameter: 228mm (8.98")
• Crafted from certified materials using advanced CNC machining techniques
• Includes a replaceable cast iron friction surface
• Undergoes balancing before shipment to ensure optimal performance

For installation, an adapter is required to connect the engine to the gearbox. The flywheel is designed for compatibility with the flywheel/ring gear from the automatic transmission version of the vehicle. It should be torqued in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.

The package includes:

• A clutch cover
• A pressure plate bolts kit
• A crankshaft bolts kit

The recommended clutch pressure plates for this setup are:
