The PMC Motorsport adapter kit is engineered to facilitate the integration of BMW V12 engines, specifically models M70, S70, and M73, with BMW M57N and M57N2 gearboxes (ZF GS6-53DZ HGD JGA E60 525D 530D 6-speed Diesel). This kit is ideally suited for motorsport applications, as well as for converting automatic transmissions to manual configurations.

Included in the kit are:

• A gearbox adapter plate
• A custom flywheel
• All necessary bolts

The components are manufactured with certified materials using precision CNC machining. The flywheel is designed with a replaceable cast iron friction surface and is dynamically balanced prior to shipment.

• BMW V12 M70 M70B50: 1987–1994 E32 750i/750iL, 1989–1994 E31 850i/850Ci
• BMW V12 M73 M73B54: 1994-1998 E38 750i/750iL/L7, 1994-1999 E31 850Ci
• BMW V12 M73 M73TUB54: 1998-2001 E38 750i/750iL/L7, 1999-2002 Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph

For the M73 engine, relocation of the shaft position sensor to the front, akin to the M70 configuration, is required. The adapter accommodates the European version of the M70 engine, with specific modifications necessary for the M70 RHD engine.

• BMW M57N M57N2 23.00 7522205 GS6-53DZ HGD (THGD) 6-speed
• BMW M57N M57N2 23.00 7565218 GS6-53DZ JGA (TJGA) 6-speed

Installation of this kit necessitates the use of the flywheel/ring gear from the automatic version. The flywheel should be torqued according to original equipment specifications. The product is manufactured in the EU and complies with ISO certification standards. Additional BMW OE components are required for the clutch and starter systems.

The gearbox adapter has a thickness of 25mm (0.98"), and the complete set includes:
