PMC Motorsport Adapter Kit for Toyota JZ Engines to BMW E46 S54 M3 GETRAG 420 6-speed Gearbox

The PMC Motorsport Adapter Kit is engineered to facilitate the seamless integration of Toyota JZ engines, including 1JZ and 2JZ variants (both VVT-i and non VVT-i), with the manual Getrag gearbox from the BMW E46 S54 M3.

The kit comprises an ultralight aluminum clutch kit with a custom flywheel, meticulously checked and balanced prior to dispatch, along with all essential mounting bolts.

• Suitable for swaps in BMW E-series models (E30, E36, E46, E39, E60, E61, E90, E92, E81, E82) and newer F and G models.

Installation Details:

• Utilize the flywheel/ring gear from the automatic Toyota 1JZ 2JZ with a 4.5mm spacer (OE 32116-22020) between the engine block and ring gear.
• Retain the OEM Toyota 1JZ 2JZ starter, with one mounting hole requiring enlargement and a threaded insert from the kit.
• Remove the bearing from the crankshaft hub and substitute it with a centering sleeve from the kit.
• Grind down two mounting holes of the ZF-310, ZF-320, Getrag 250, Getrag 420 gearbox.
• Employ a 184mm / 7.25" clutch disc compatible with your gearbox.
