The PMC Motorsport Adapter Kit facilitates the integration of Toyota JZ engines, including:

These engines can be paired with ZF manual transmissions utilized in BMW M57 engine variants such as E39 530D, 525D, and E46 330D.

Additionally, it is compatible with other vehicles like the Nissan S13, S14, S15, PS13, and Mazda RX-7/RX-8.

Engineered for high-torque applications, this kit is capable of withstanding up to 1000Nm+. The flywheel, constructed from aluminum and cast iron, features a replaceable friction surface. A clutch shaft pilot bearing is included to reduce vibrations.

Installation requires a ring gear/flywheel from the automatic Toyota JZ series, which is not included in the kit. For precise alignment between the engine and transmission, the kit ensures perfect coaxiality. Components are CNC machined and balanced in compliance with ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring high reliability and quality.

The adapter kit comprises:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter
• A custom flywheel
• A crankshaft bolts kit
• A clutch cover bolts kit
• A custom clutch fork pivot pin

The gearbox adapter has a thickness of 20mm (0.78"), and the flywheel weighs 5.00 kg (11.02 lbs). A Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 or Sachs XTend 3000 951 877 clutch pressure plate is recommended for optimal performance.

This product is manufactured in Poland, with each component engraved with a unique Seriesl number for traceability.
