The PMC Motorsport Drift Stage 1 Performance Clutch Kit is engineered for BMW models equipped with M50, M52, and M54 engines, and is fully compatible with ZF and Getrag 5-speed manual transmissions.

This comprehensive kit comprises:

• An organic clutch disc (Sachs 1864 098 132)
• A pressure plate devoid of self-adjusting mechanisms

The included lightweight single mass flywheel, with a mass of 7150g (15.76lb), enhances throttle responsiveness and accelerative performance by diminishing drivetrain losses. The flywheel's approximately 60% reduction in weight relative to the standard dual-mass flywheel makes it particularly advantageous for motorsport disciplines such as Drift and Time Attack.

This kit is applicable to BMW models including:

• E36 328i, M3 USA
• E46 328i, 328ci, 330i
• E34 525i (M50)
• E39 525i (M54), 528i (M52), 530i (M54)

The ZF Friedrichshafen ZF-5 (ZF 5) S5D-310 and S5D-320 transmissions feature gear ratios of 4.21, 2.49, 1.67, 1.24, 1.0, and a reverse ratio of 3.85.

Included in the kit is a clutch release module, though a dedicated module might be required for certain BMW GETRAG transmissions. For kits ordered after 10/09/2024, flywheel mounting bolts are provided; prior orders necessitate the use of BMW OE bolts.

The clutch assembly is rated for a maximum torque capacity of 650Nm (479.25lb⋅ft) and encompasses:

• An M57 pressure plate
• A 240mm (9.45") friction plate
• Essential components such as the release bearing, clutch fork, and a dedicated clutch slave cylinder
