The Custom Single-mass Flywheel by PMC Motorsport is engineered for BMW M57n and M57n2 engines, including models such as the 3.0 330D, 530D, X3 3.0D, and X5 3.0D. This flywheel is specifically designed for BMW manual transmissions, particularly the ZF GS6-53DZ 6-speed models (HGU, HGK, HGW, and HGL variants). With a diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches), it is crafted from recyclable cast iron, optimizing it for motorsport applications on race tracks.

This product is compatible with the following BMW engines:

• BMW M57TUD30 535d: 200 kW (272 HP), 560 Nm
• BMW M57T2D25: 145 kW (197 HP), 400 Nm

The flywheel ensures precise coaxial alignment between the engine and gearbox, eliminating the need for a gearbox adapter. It is recommended for use with a Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 or Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 clutch pressure plate. The clutch disc, release bearing, and clutch fork should be matched to the specific gearbox model.
