The PMC Motorsport Custom Single-Mass Flywheel is engineered specifically for BMW M57n and M57n2 engines, including models such as the 3.0 330D, 530D, X3 3.0D, and X5 3.0D. Constructed from iron cast material, this flywheel offers enhanced durability and structural integrity, making it suitable for motorsport applications on race tracks. It is also fully recyclable.

Technical specifications include a friction plate diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches). The recommended clutch pressure plates are Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 (M57N M57N2) and Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 / 883082.001243. The clutch disc, release bearing, and clutch fork are tailored to the gearbox. The required flexplate/ring gear/drive plate is BMW OE 11 22 7 788 746 or BMW M57n 204hp OE 11 22 7 788 745. Flywheel bolts should be tightened to a torque of 120Nm with adhesive. Note that the friction surface is non-replaceable, and no gearbox adapter is required.
