The PMC Motorsport short shifter is engineered for seamless integration into BMW E30 and E34 models across all body types. It enhances gear shifting speed and precision, compatible with all manual transmission models from GETRAG and ZF, including Getrag 250, 260, 420, and ZF5 GS6 GS6.

The shifter's plug-and-play design ensures installation without the need to modify the vehicle's tunnel structure. Constructed from high-quality aluminum, the shifter offers durability and a lightweight profile. The material's corrosion-resistant properties ensure long-lasting aesthetics and functionality.

The shifter lever is equipped with an M20x1.5 thread, allowing for the use of replaceable anodized aluminum knobs.

For those performing gearbox swaps, an adjustable selector or gear shift rod is available separately. This component is specifically designed for BMW manual gearboxes, including:

• ZF models GS5-39DZ, GS6-37 DZ/BZ, GS6-53 DZ/BZ, GS6-45 DZ/BZ
• Getrag models 250, 260, 420

The adjustable selector rod facilitates flexible length adjustment, accommodating nearly any vehicle adapted to a BMW manual gearbox. This rod complements PMC Motorsport short shifters, enhancing the precision and dynamics of gear shifting.

Please note, the adjustable selector is not included in the short shifter kit and must be purchased separately. It is advisable to install stiffer gearbox and engine mounts to reduce drivetrain movement.
