PMC Motorsport presents a precision-engineered, lightweight custom aluminum flywheel specifically designed to interface Toyota JZ series engines, including both non VVT-i and VVT-i models (1JZ-FSE, 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-FSE, 2JZ-GE, 2JZ-GTE), with BMW N54 ZF GS6-53BZ 6-speed manual transmissions. This compatibility extends to BMW models such as the 135i, 335i, and 535i.

The flywheel features a 215mm (8.46") twin disc configuration and undergoes balancing prior to dispatch to ensure superior performance. Technical specifications include a replaceable friction surface constructed from cast iron, and the inclusion of a pilot bearing to support the input shaft and reduce vibrations.

Essential for installation are:

• SACHS XTend 3000 950 709 clutch pressure plate
• Compatible clutch disc

The setup requires the use of a Toyota OE starter without an additional pinion cover and mandates the use of a specific flexplate/ring gear. Constructed from certified aluminum and produced in Poland, each unit is subject to stringent quality control measures and complies with ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.

This flywheel is engineered for both daily use and competitive motorsport environments, providing exceptional durability and reliability. Installation necessitates the acquisition of additional components, including:

• Crankshaft bolts
• Clutch cover
• Pressure plate bolts kit

The prescribed tightening torque for the flywheel bolts is 72Nm, with the application of glue. Additionally, a gearbox adapter (F0BMW-JZ) is required for the installation process.
