The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered for the BMW 3.0 diesel M57D30 306D1 engines, featuring a cast-iron small bell housing and a lightweight rigid single-mass aluminium flywheel. Weighing 5,700 g (12.9 lb), the flywheel is approximately 70% lighter than the original dual-mass counterpart, enhancing throttle response and vehicle acceleration—ideal for motorsport applications.

This clutch kit is compatible with BMW M57, M57D30, and M57D25 engines and is specifically designed to integrate with the 5-speed ZF GS5-39DZ manual gearbox. The clutch set boasts a maximum torque capacity of 650 Nm (479.25 lb⋅ft), ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.

Components included in the kit are:

• Clutch disc
• Non-self-adjusting pressure plate
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Dedicated clutch slave cylinder

The friction plate has a diameter of 240 mm (9.45"). Additionally, the kit comprises:
