PMC Motorsport Adapter Plate for BMW M57 3.0 Diesel to BMW ZF 6HP26 Automatic Gearbox

This adapter plate is engineered for seamless integration of BMW M57 and M57N engines with the BMW ZF 6HP26 6-speed automatic gearbox. The adapter is compatible with models such as BMW E39 M57D25, BMW E38 M57D30, and BMW E46 M57TUD30, accommodating engine power outputs of 135 kW (184 HP) and 150 kW (204 HP).

Fabricated from high-quality aluminum, the adapter plate ensures robust performance and durability. Precision machining is achieved through the use of coordinate measuring machines and 3D scanners, with prototypes undergoing rigorous testing to meet stringent quality standards. The product is ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certified, reflecting its adherence to international quality management systems.

Installation is designed to maintain perfect alignment between the engine and the gearbox. It requires the flywheel from the automatic version (BMW OE 11227788746), which is not supplied in the kit. The starter motor must also be sourced separately, with OEM references provided for compatibility.

The kit comprises:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter
• Gearbox adapter bolts
• Dowel pins

Please note that a clutch set is not included. The gearbox adapter has a thickness of 15mm (0.59").
