The PMC Motorsport Stage 2 Adapter Kit facilitates the integration of Toyota JZ engines (1JZ and 2JZ, including both non VVT-i and VVT-i variants) with BMW manual transmissions, particularly the ZF Friedrichshafen GS6-53DZ 6-speed models found in BMW E60 and E61 530D M57n and M57n2 vehicles.

This kit is engineered for motorsport applications, making it suitable for Toyota JZ engine swaps into BMW models such as the E30, E36, E46, E34, E39, E90, E91, E92, E60, E61, E81, E82, E87, and other vehicles like the Nissan S13, S14, S15, PS13, or Mazda RX-7 / RX-8.

• Vibration Reduction: Includes a clutch shaft pilot bearing and a self-adjusting clutch disc with a spline type of 32.5x35-26N.
• Comprehensive Kit: Comprises an aluminum gearbox adapter, gearbox adapter bolts, custom flywheel, crankshaft bolts kit, clutch cover, and pressure plate bolts kit.

• Adapter and Flywheel Details: Gearbox adapter thickness is 20mm (0.78"). The flywheel must be secured with a torque of 72Nm (53.1 ft·lb) using appropriate adhesive.
