The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered for BMW models equipped with N54B30 and N55B30 engines, specifically compatible with the 6-speed ZF GS6-53BZ manual transmission.

This kit includes a lightweight, rigid single-mass aluminum flywheel weighing 6,150 grams (13.56 pounds), which is approximately 60% lighter than the stock dual-mass flywheel. The reduction in weight facilitates enhanced throttle response and vehicle acceleration.

Incorporated within the kit is the Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 clutch, accompanied by a sintered clutch disc measuring 32.5x35-26N. This configuration is engineered to sustain a maximum torque of 800 Nm (589.9 lb⋅ft). The assembly is intended for motorsport applications, delivering outstanding performance for both daily-driven vehicles and competitive motorsport endeavors.

The clutch kit package comprises all requisite components for seamless installation:

• A custom flywheel
• A set of crankshaft bolts
• A clutch cover
• A set of pressure plate bolts

Each component is fabricated in Poland using certified materials and advanced CNC machining techniques, ensuring high precision and durability. The kit adheres to the ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification standards.
