Bump Stop Set 2 Travel Adjustable Mounting Brackets

The PMC Motorsport Bump Stop Set is engineered as a hydraulic suspension component specifically for off-road vehicles, offering 2 inches of travel. Constructed from durable steel with a diameter of 50.8 mm, this bump stop ensures resistance to wear and mechanical damage, promoting precise and stable operation.

Its internal hydraulic mechanism is designed to effectively absorb energy during suspension impacts, thereby reducing strain on shocks and other suspension components. The universal design accommodates a wide range of off-road vehicles, and its compact form enables straightforward installation and seamless integration with existing suspension systems.

This bump stop is particularly suited for challenging off-road environments such as 4x4 rallies, rocky trails, and extreme off-road conditions.

Adjustment Instructions for Bump Stop 2”:

1. Loosen the M8 clamp bolts.
2. Slide the Bump Stop 2” out of the clamp and adjustment sleeve.
3. Compress the lock in the adjustment sleeve.
4. Change the position of the lock in the adjustment sleeve.
5. To increase the adjustment range, rotate the adjustment sleeve.
6. Set the lock in the adjustment sleeve to the desired position.
7. The adjustment travel is 5 mm, with a total adjustment range of 25 mm.
8. Place the adjustment sleeve on the Bump Stop 2”.
9. Slide the Bump Stop 2” into the clamp.
10. Tighten the clamp bolts to 23 Nm.
