Delivery, returns and refunds

We ship throughout Italy and Europe by express courier. All shipments are tracked.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

• Italy: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

For items available to order, the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and in the order summary.

Shipping costs

Costs are calculated automatically in the cart according to weight, volume and destination. Any free-shipping promotion is shown in the cart before payment.

Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery. Before sending a return, please notify us through the Contact page, quoting the order number and the items concerned.

The product must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and, where supplied, in its original packaging. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. For defective, transit-damaged or non-conforming products, contact us before shipping: once verified, DriftParts pays the return shipping costs.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded; any surcharge for a more expensive delivery option is excluded.
