Terms and Conditions

1. Object

These general terms and conditions govern the online sale of products through the website driftparts.it, owned by ERB Automotive Srl.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Placing an order on the website constitutes a binding purchase proposal. The order is deemed accepted only upon receipt of the order confirmation email sent by DriftParts. Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

4. Prices and availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice. In any case, the customer will always be charged the price indicated on the website at the time the order is confirmed.

Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. The reference currency for contracts concluded with DriftParts is the euro (EUR). Any conversions applied by Stripe or by the customer’s bank may result in additional costs not attributable to DriftParts.

5. Payments

All payments are securely managed through Stripe, a PCI DSS certified gateway. Customers may use credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, Klarna, and other methods available at checkout. DriftParts does not store or process customers’ payment data directly.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times are 24–48 hours within Italy and 3–6 business days within EU countries. Any delays due to couriers are not attributable to DriftParts. All shipments are tracked.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without penalty and without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to info@driftparts.it. Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Customer’s mistake: return shipping and any damages to the product are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective product: DriftParts will cover the replacement and return shipping costs.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Legal warranty

Products sold by DriftParts are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as required by the Consumer Code:

• Private consumers: 24 months from product delivery.
• Business customers (with VAT number): 12 months from product delivery.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, racing or sports use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Limitation of liability

DriftParts is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products, nor for delays or service interruptions due to force majeure or courier responsibility.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of their place of residence or domicile. For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Bergamo.
