Swirl flaps blanking replacement set BMW 22mm 6

The PMC Motorsport Aluminium Swirl Flaps Blanking Replacement Set is engineered for use with BMW M57N and M57N2 engine series. This set comprises six 33mm swirl flap blanks, each equipped with O-rings designed to withstand exposure to engine oils as well as extreme temperature variations.

Additionally, the set includes:

• A manifold gasket to be placed between the AGR valve and the intake manifold
• Six upper and six lower intake manifold gaskets for installation between the cylinder head cover and the cylinder head

Manufactured within the European Union, this product adheres to ISO certification standards, ensuring quality and reliability. It is compatible with a range of BMW engine models, including:

• BMW M57N / M57TU / M57TUD30 (from 2002) with power outputs from 204HP (150 kW) to 286HP (210 kW) and torque specifications ranging from 410Nm to 580Nm.
• BMW M57TU2D30 (from 2007) with power outputs ranging from 197HP (145 kW) to 286HP (210 kW) and torque from 400Nm to 580Nm.

The 33mm (1.3 inches) swirl flap blanks are designed to maintain or enhance engine performance by replacing the original swirl flaps.
