The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered specifically for BMW 3.0 diesel engines, particularly the M57D30 306D1 variant, featuring a cast-iron small bell housing.

This advanced kit comprises a lightweight, rigid single-mass aluminum flywheel, weighing 7150g (15.76lb), designed to enhance throttle response and vehicle acceleration by being approximately 60% lighter than the original dual-mass flywheel. With the capability to endure a maximum torque of 800Nm (589.9 lb⋅ft), this clutch kit is optimized for motorsport applications.

The package includes:

• A Sachs Performance clutch cover, model number 88 308 200 1243 / 883082.001243
• A sintered clutch disc with a spline size of 28x35-10N
• A friction plate with a diameter of 240mm (9.45")

It is compatible with the BMW M57 GS5-39DZ 5-speed manual gearbox and necessitates the use of a dedicated release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder for proper installation. The flywheel's reduced inertia significantly decreases driveline losses, delivering marginally increased power to the wheels, which is particularly advantageous on circuits requiring rapid speed recovery.

Manufactured by PMC Motorsport, all components are crafted and assembled in Poland, adhering to stringent quality standards as affirmed by the ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
