Flywheel Toyota JZ BMW DCT DKG Getrag GS7D36SG N54 N55 S55

The PMC Motorsport lightweight custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to facilitate the connection of Toyota JZ series engines, including the 1JZ and 2JZ (both non VVT-i and VVT-i variants), to the BMW DCT DKG Getrag GS7D36SG gearbox.

This single mass, rigid, ultralight flywheel is crafted from high-grade aluminum and features a replaceable friction surface for enhanced durability and performance. It is applicable for both daily driving and competitive motorsport settings.

Installation requires the use of a Toyota JZ OE starter without an additional pinion cover, alongside a flexplate/ring gear/drive plate (Toyota OE 32101-30090 or 32101-22050) paired with a 4.5mm spacer (OE 32116-22020) positioned between the engine block and the flexplate. Additionally, a gearbox adapter (F0BMW-JZ) is necessary for proper installation.

The flywheel is manufactured using certified materials and advanced CNC machining techniques to ensure high quality and optimal alignment between the engine and gearbox. This product is produced within the EU and adheres to the ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certification standards.
