The PMC Motorsport Lightweight Custom Aluminum Flywheel is engineered to integrate Toyota JZ series engines, including:

• 1JZ-FSE
• 1JZ-GE
• 1JZ-GTE
• 2JZ-FSE
• 2JZ-GE
• 2JZ-GTE

with BMW Getrag/ZF manual transmissions. Compatible transmission models include:

• GETRAG S5D-250G
• ZF S5D-310
• ZF S5D-320
• GETRAG 420

excluding the BMW M54 6-speed gearbox.

This flywheel is constructed from both aluminum and cast iron, weighing 5.00 kg (11.02 lbs), and is balanced prior to dispatch. It features a replaceable friction surface for simplified maintenance.

Installation necessitates the use of a gearbox adapter (F0BMW-JZ) and includes the following components:

• Clutch cover
• Pressure plate bolts kit
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Flywheel centering sleeve
• Custom clutch fork pivot pin/ball
• Custom flywheel

Designed for a single disc clutch with a 240mm (9.45") diameter friction plate, it is recommended to use Sachs Performance or Sachs XTend pressure plates. The installation requires a specific release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder.

A Toyota JZ (OE) starter is mandatory, operating without an additional pinion cover, and a flexplate/ring gear/drive plate using specific Toyota OE parts is required.

This flywheel is suitable for both everyday driving and competitive motorsport, offering enhanced durability and performance with BMW ZF/Getrag transmissions renowned for high torque capacity.
