The PMC Motorsport lightweight custom aluminum flywheel is engineered for integration between Toyota JZ engines (1JZ, 2JZ) and BMW Getrag/ZF manual gearboxes. It is compatible with the following transmissions:

• GETRAG S5D-250G
• ZF S5D-310
• ZF S5D-320
• GETRAG 420G

Note: This flywheel is not compatible with the BMW M54 6-speed gearbox.

This flywheel, measuring 184mm (7.25") in diameter, incorporates a replaceable friction surface to facilitate straightforward maintenance. Prior to dispatch, the flywheel is precisely balanced to ensure optimal performance.

Designed for both daily and motorsport applications, the product supports high torque demands and is particularly suited for engine swap projects. Essential clutch components required include:

• Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plate
• Specific clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder, all adapted to the gearbox in use

Additionally, the configuration necessitates a Toyota JZ starter and a flexplate with designated OEM references.

Constructed from aluminum and cast iron, the flywheel offers a balance of strength and reduced weight. Included are:

• Clutch cover
• Pressure plate bolts kit
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Flywheel centering sleeve
• Custom clutch fork pivot pin

Installation mandates the use of a gearbox adapter (F0BMW-JZ), with flywheel bolts requiring tightening to 72Nm with adhesive.
