The PMC Motorsport Short Shifter is engineered for BMW E36 and Z3 models, offering enhanced gear-shifting precision and speed. It is compatible with all manual transmission models utilizing GETRAG and ZF gearboxes, including Getrag 250, 260, and 420, as well as ZF5 GS6 GS6.

The shifter is designed for a plug-and-play installation, requiring no modifications to the vehicle's tunnel structure. Constructed from high-quality aluminum, this shifter ensures both durability and lightweight performance, while its corrosion resistance maintains aesthetic and functional integrity over time.

The shifter lever features an M20x1.5 thread, and interchangeable anodized aluminum knobs are available for customization. Additionally, an adjustable selector rod, designed for seamless gearbox swaps, complements this shifter. This adjustable component, also known as a linkage or connecting rod, integrates with all BMW manual gearboxes, including ZF models GS5-39DZ, GS6-37 DZ/BZ, GS6-53 DZ/BZ, GS6-45 DZ/BZ, and Getrag models 250, 260, 420. It allows for precise length adjustments to accommodate various vehicle configurations undergoing swaps to BMW manual gearboxes.
