The PMC Motorsport adapter kit is engineered to interface GM Chevrolet V8 LS, LSX, LSA, and LT1 engines with BMW manual gearboxes, specifically the ZF GS6-53DZ and GS6-53BZ 6-speed models. This product is designed for the conversion from automatic to manual transmissions, leveraging the durability and high torque capability of BMW gearboxes.

The kit comprises:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter
• A custom flywheel
• Crankshaft bolts
• Clutch cover pressure plate bolts

The flywheel is an ultralight race variant with a 184mm / 7.25" POT diameter, optimized for use with Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plates. For installation, the flywheel requires tightening to 80 Nm with adhesive.

Clutch system components, such as the release bearing, clutch fork, and slave cylinder, are tailored to the specific gearbox applied.

Manufactured in the EU under ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, the components are crafted from certified materials using CNC machining, with each part undergoing inspection and engraved with a Seriesl number.

This adapter kit facilitates precise alignment between the engine and gearbox, supporting a torque range from 900Nm / 663.58lb⋅ft to 1300Nm / 958.5lb⋅ft, making it ideal for drift and motorsport applications.
