The PMC Motorsport aluminum flywheel facilitates the integration of the BMW B58 and S58 engines with the ZF GS6-53DZ 6-speed manual transmission from ZF Friedrichshafen.

This flywheel is engineered for compatibility with BMW models including:

It allows a conversion from automatic to manual transmission systems. Constructed from aluminum and cast iron, the flywheel features a replaceable friction surface and a pilot bearing for the input shaft. Each unit is precision-balanced prior to dispatch, underscoring its suitability for motorsport applications, and necessitates professional installation.

The kit is accompanied by a Sachs XTend 3000 951 949 clutch set, rated for a maximum torque capacity of 650Nm. The flywheel diameter is 240mm (9.45"), and it requires a tightening torque of 120Nm, with the inclusion of adhesive for the flywheel bolts.

Additionally, the package comprises:

• A clutch cover
• A pressure plate bolts kit
• A crankshaft bolts kit
• A flywheel centering sleeve
