The PMC Motorsport Lightweight Custom Aluminum Flywheel is engineered specifically for the integration of Mercedes-Benz M113, M113K, M113 AMG, and M156 AMG engines with the BMW ZF GS5-39DZ 5-speed manual gearbox. This gearbox is typically installed in BMW models such as the M57 E39 530D 525D and E46 330D Diesel.

This flywheel features a single disc design with a friction plate diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches). It is constructed from aluminum and includes a replaceable friction surface. The flywheel's weight is 5.45 kg (12.01 lbs), optimizing performance for high-power applications.

The package includes:

• A clutch cover-pressure plate bolts kit
• A flywheel centering sleeve
• A custom flywheel crankshaft bolts kit
• A custom clutch fork pivot pin/ball

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 / 883082.001243 or Sachs XTend 3000 951 877 clutch pressure plates, suitable for BMW M57. The compatible clutch disc is the BMW ZF GS5-39DZ 5-speed 28X35-10N (240mm / 9.45 inches).

Installation requires the Mercedes-Benz Automatic OE a2730300312 flexplate/ring gear/drive plate. Additionally, a gearbox adapter (F0M50-M113, F0M50-M156) is necessary for proper installation.
