The PMC Motorsport RACE STAGE 2 adapter kit facilitates the integration of a Mercedes-Benz V8 M113 engine series with a BMW gearbox, specifically suited for motorsport applications or manual conversion.

Compatible engines include the Mercedes-Benz V8 M113 variants:

• 4.3
• 5.0
• 5.4
• 5.4K AMG

The kit supports the BMW M57N M57N2 gearboxes:

• ZF GS6-53DZ HGD
• JGA 6-speed (as utilized in BMW E60 525D and 530D models)

Precision-engineered using CNC machined components from certified materials, this kit ensures high accuracy and durability. The kit includes a replaceable cast iron friction surface flywheel, which is meticulously balanced before dispatch.

Additional components comprise:

• Gearbox adapter plate
• Custom flywheel
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Clutch cover-pressure plate bolts kit

The Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plate 7.25" 66-312 HGG Twin disc (POT) is included, alongside two sintered discs (Tilton 64185-8-VV-55).

Installation requires the use of the flywheel/ring gear from the automatic version, with the flywheel to be tightened to the original equipment torque specifications. Modifications involve adapting the clutch slave pump, either by replacing it with a smaller unit or adjusting the pump stroke. Additionally, shortening of the guide tube (BMW OEM 23 11 7 501 714) is necessary.

This product is manufactured in the EU and holds an ISO certification, with all components designed and tested in a CAD environment to ensure precision.
