The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered specifically for the BMW 3.0 diesel engines, including the M57D30 306D1 with a cast-iron small bell housing.

This kit features a lightweight, rigid single-mass aluminum flywheel weighing 7150g (15.76 lb), designed for motorsport applications. The flywheel offers a significant reduction in weight, approximately 60% lighter than the original dual-mass flywheel, resulting in enhanced throttle response and improved acceleration capabilities.

This clutch kit is compatible with BMW M57, M57D30, and M57D25 engine models, and is designed to integrate seamlessly with the 5-speed ZF GS5-39DZ manual gearbox.

The clutch set includes:

• A sintered clutch disc featuring a 28x35-10N spline size and a diameter of 240mm (9.45"). It is capable of handling a maximum torque of 700Nm (516.12 lb⋅ft).
• A custom flywheel
• Clutch cover

• Pressure plate bolts kit

For assurance of compatibility, the kit aligns with OEM references such as BMW part numbers 23 00 7 501 342 and 23 00 7 508 772, among others.
