The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to couple the Toyota JZ 1JZ and 2JZ engines with the BMW Getrag/ZF manual gearboxes. This precision-crafted flywheel is pre-balanced to ensure optimal performance and includes a pilot bearing to reduce input shaft vibrations. It features a replaceable friction surface, allowing for straightforward maintenance by substituting the worn cast iron surface.

Constructed from aluminum, the flywheel requires the F0BMW-JZ gearbox adapter and is designed for use with a single disc clutch, featuring a 240mm / 9.45" friction plate diameter. Recommended clutch pressure plates include the Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 (M57N M57N2) and Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 / 883082.001243. The associated clutch disc, release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder are specific to the gearbox in use. The required starter is a Toyota JZ (OE), which must be used without an additional pinion cover.
