The PMC Motorsport custom rigid single-mass cast iron flywheel is engineered for BMW M57n and M57n2 engines, specifically the 3.0 330D, 530D, X3 3.0D, and X5 3.0D models. This flywheel is optimized for integration with a Nissan Patrol manual gearbox, compatible with the Y61 ZD30 3.0 and Y61 TD42 4.2 models.

It incorporates a twin-disc setup, featuring a friction plate diameter of 215mm (8.46 inches). Compatibility with the Sachs Xtend 3000 951 709S clutch pressure plate from the BMW E9x M3 is specified, along with a clutch disc from the same kit, featuring a spline/hub profile of 32.5x35-26N.

The original equipment (OE) clutch fork and release bearing from the Nissan Patrol should be utilized, with part numbers available upon request. Installation necessitates a PMC Motorsport gearbox adapter, model F0Y61-M57N, and is exclusively intended for motorsport and racetrack applications.

It is advised that installation is conducted by professionals equipped with the necessary tools. The flywheel construction from cast iron does not include a replaceable friction surface. Proper installation requires a flywheel bolt tightening torque of 120Nm, supplemented with adhesive.

Manufactured in Poland by PMC Motorsport, this product adheres to quality assurance standards certified by ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The flywheel is compatible with various BMW engine configurations, specifically the M57n and M57n2, supporting a range of power and torque outputs.
