The PMC Motorsport custom aluminium flywheel is engineered to facilitate the connection between the Nissan SR engine series (SR20DET, SR20DE RWD) and the Mazda RX-7 FD gearbox. This precision component features a diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches) and is crafted using advanced CAD technology. Constructed from certified materials, the flywheel boasts CNC machining and includes a replaceable cast iron friction surface, ensuring durability and optimal performance. Prior to dispatch, each flywheel undergoes a balancing process to guarantee operational stability.

Installation of this flywheel necessitates the use of an adapter to connect the engine to the gearbox. It is advisable to employ the flywheel/ring gear from the automatic variant of the Nissan SR. Proper installation requires adherence to the original equipment torque specifications. The flywheel is compatible with the pressure plate from the BMW E39 E60 530D and a clutch disc with a spline specification of 23,12x26,14-23N.
