PMC Motorsport presents a precision-engineered lightweight aluminum flywheel, meticulously designed for compatibility with Mercedes-Benz M113 and M156 engines, as well as BMW M50, M52, M54, and M57 engines.

This flywheel is crafted for use with BMW Getrag and ZF manual transmissions, including models:

• ZF310
• ZF320
• S5D-250
• GS5-39DZ
• Getrag 420G

However, it is incompatible with the BMW M54 GS6-37BZ 6-speed gearbox.

Engineered for a 184mm (7.25") clutch setup, it supports both daily and motorsport applications, delivering durability and reliability under high torque conditions.

Manufactured in the European Union, the flywheel utilizes certified materials and advanced CNC machining techniques, guaranteeing high quality and precise alignment between engine and transmission. It holds the ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, underscoring its engineering excellence.

The installation demands a specific clutch setup, which includes:

• Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plate
• Dedicated clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder

The package contains:

• Clutch cover
• Pressure plate bolts
• Crankshaft bolts
• Flywheel centering sleeve
• Custom clutch fork pivot pin

Constructed from aluminum and cast iron, the flywheel features a replaceable friction surface.

Installation requires a gearbox adapter, with product codes F0M50-M113 and F0M50-M156 available from DriftParts. The custom pivot pin provided in the kit must replace the original, while the bearing and clutch fork should remain from the original gearbox. For bearings with dual height settings, the 24mm position is recommended. Additionally, a Mercedes-Benz automatic flexplate or ring gear with OE part number a2730300312 is necessary for installation.
