The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered for BMW 3.0 diesel engines, specifically the M57D30 306D1 model with a cast-iron small bell housing. This kit features a lightweight, rigid single-mass aluminium flywheel, with a total weight of 7150g (15.76lb).

Designed for motorsport applications, the flywheel is approximately 60% lighter than the original dual-mass configuration, offering enhanced throttle response and improved acceleration.

This clutch kit is compatible with:

• BMW M57
• M57D30
• M57D25 engines
• 5-speed ZF GS5-39DZ manual gearbox

It includes the Sachs XTend 3000 951 877 clutch set, which features:

• A maximum torque capacity of 650Nm (479.25lb⋅ft)
• A self-adjusting clutch mechanism
• A 240mm (9.45") diameter friction plate with a spline size of 28x35-10N

The comprehensive set comprises:

• Clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder

Each component is tailored for integration with the specified gearbox. Please note that required bolts are not included with this kit and must be procured as BMW OE parts.
