The PMC Motorsport adapter kit facilitates the conversion of Toyota JZ series engines, including 1JZ and 2JZ models (both non VVT-i and VVT-i), to be compatible with BMW ZF GS6-53DZ manual gearboxes. This compatibility extends to BMW N57 and N57N engines, as well as the HS1, HB7, and HAF 6-speed gearbox variants.

The kit is engineered to support a 240mm (9.45") single disc configuration, accommodating maximum torque ranges between 650Nm and 800Nm.

Components of the kit include:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter
• A custom flywheel
• All necessary bolts for installation

The flywheel installation requires fastening to a torque specification of 72Nm (53.1 ft·lb) with adhesive application.

Designed for motorsport, daily driving, and drift applications, the gearbox adapter has a thickness of 20mm (0.78"). Fabricated in the EU, the kit complies with ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification standards and utilizes certified materials alongside CNC machining to ensure precise fitment and exceptional quality.

The adapter permits the use of the original Toyota JZ starter without necessitating an additional pinion cover. Installation requires a flexplate/ring gear with a spacer (OE 32116-22020, 4.5mm) positioned between the engine block and the flexplate.

The product code for this adapter kit is A-JZ-HS1-240, and it is compatible with a variety of BMW and Toyota models, as well as other vehicles including the Nissan S13/S14/S15 and Mazda RX7/RX8.

Note that a clutch set is not included in the kit; however, it is recommended to use a Sachs XTend or Sachs Performance clutch pressure plate.
