Custom rigid single-mass cast iron flywheel engineered for BMW M57n and M57n2 engines, specifically for models 3.0 330D, 530D, X3 3.0D, and X5 3.0D, when integrated with a manual gearbox from the Nissan Patrol Y61 ZD30 or Y61 TD42.

The flywheel features a diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches) and is designed exclusively for motorsport applications, necessitating installation by qualified professionals with the appropriate tools. A PMC Motorsport BMW M57n M57n2 to Nissan Patrol Y61 ZD30 / Y61 TD42 gearbox adapter is essential for correct installation.

Compatible engines include:

• BMW M57n with power outputs from 145 kW (197 HP) to 200 kW (272 HP).
• BMW M57n2 with power outputs from 173 kW (235 HP) to 210 kW (286 HP).

Compatible gearboxes:

• Nissan Patrol Y61 ZD30 3.0
• Nissan Patrol Y61 TD42 4.2

Installation requires a clutch pressure plate from a BMW M57n M57n2 3.0D, with Sachs Xtend 3000 951 952 being the recommended option, and a clutch disc from the BMW M57n M57n2 3.0D kit. The original clutch fork and release bearing from the Nissan Patrol are retained. The flywheel necessitates the BMW OE ring gear 11 22 7 788 746.

Constructed from cast iron, the flywheel is non-serviceable in terms of its friction surface. Installation mandates flywheel bolt torque of 120Nm with adhesive.
