The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered for the BMW M57D30 306D1 diesel engines, specifically those with the cast-iron small bell housing configuration.

This kit features a lightweight rigid single-mass aluminum flywheel, weighing 5,700 g (12.9 lb), which represents a significant reduction in weight—approximately 70% lighter than the original dual-mass flywheel. This reduction in weight facilitates quicker throttle response and enhances vehicle acceleration.

The kit includes a Sachs Performance clutch that can withstand up to 800 Nm (589.9 lb-ft) of torque. It features a sintered clutch disc with a diameter of 240 mm (9.45 inches) and a spline specification of 28x35-10N. Additional components include:

• A clutch cover
• A pressure plate bolts kit
• A crankshaft bolts kit

The decreased inertia of the flywheel is designed to minimize driveline losses, thereby delivering more power to the wheels, which is particularly advantageous on twisty circuits.

This product is manufactured in Poland and adheres to ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring high-quality inspection and certification of all components. It is compatible with the BMW M57 engine series and the ZF GS5-39DZ 5-speed manual transmission. OEM compatibility extends to BMW OE part numbers for models such as:
