The PMC Motorsport adapter kit facilitates the integration of BMW M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, and S54 engines with the 6-speed manual gearbox ZF GS6-53BZ (ZF Friedrichshafen), originating from BMW models N54 135i, 335i, and 535i.

This kit's flywheel has a mass of 5700g (12.9lb) and presents a 70% weight reduction compared to the original component, enhancing engine responsiveness. Engineered for motorsport applications, this adapter kit is intended for professional installation in adequately equipped workshops.

The installation process is primarily plug-and-play, necessitating minor grinding of the two upper holes of the GS6-53BZ gearbox for optimal alignment. This modification does not compromise the alignment of the engine and gearbox.

The PMC Motorsport flywheel is compatible with:

Additionally, clutches from manufacturers such as ACT, Spec, and Tanaci are frequently paired with this kit.

The flywheel is a single disc type, with a friction plate diameter of 240mm (9.45"). The spline specification is 32.5x35-26N with a 26 spline count.

A dedicated release bearing and clutch fork are requisite for the gearbox. The original BMW starter motor remains applicable.

This product supports both motorsport and everyday driving, featuring a replaceable friction surface. The components' quality is certified by the ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Manufacturing and design processes are conducted entirely in Poland.
