The PMC Motorsport custom clutch kit is engineered for BMW 3.0 diesel engines, specifically the M57D30 306D1 with a cast-iron small bell housing. It features a lightweight rigid single-mass aluminum flywheel, weighing 7150g (15.76lb), designed for motorsport applications.

This flywheel offers reduced inertia, leading to quicker throttle response and enhanced acceleration. It is approximately 60% lighter than the original dual-mass flywheel, effectively reducing driveline losses and contributing to an increase in power delivered to the wheels.

This clutch kit is compatible with the BMW M57 engine series, including both M57D30 and M57D25 variants, and is suitable for integration with the 5-speed ZF GS5-39DZ manual gearbox. The maximum torque capacity of the clutch set is rated at 650Nm (479.25lb⋅ft).
