The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to integrate the Honda K K20 K24 engine with BMW manual transmissions, specifically the GETRAG S5D-250G, ZF S5D-310, ZF S5D-320, and GETRAG 420G models.

This flywheel, measuring 240mm (9.45") in diameter, is designed for use with a single disc clutch system. It incorporates a replaceable friction surface and undergoes balancing prior to dispatch. Constructed from aluminum and cast iron, the flywheel's weight is precisely 5.85 kg (12.90 lbs).

Installation necessitates a gearbox adapter (F0BMW-K) alongside specific components:

• Clutch pressure plate
• Clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder
• Starter

The design serves both daily driving and professional motorsport applications. Fabrication occurs in Poland, utilizing certified materials and CNC machining, and adheres to ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.
