PMC Motorsport presents a precision-engineered lightweight aluminum flywheel, specifically designed to integrate Toyota JZ engines (1JZ, 2JZ) with BMW M57n ZF GS6-53DZ 6-speed diesel transmissions.

This product is compatible with a range of Toyota JZ engine variants, including:

• 1JZ-FSE
• 1JZ-GE
• 1JZ-GTE
• 2JZ-FSE
• 2JZ-GE
• 2JZ-GTE

It accommodates both non VVT-i and VVT-i configurations. It supports BMW transmission models such as the ZF S6-53 GS6-53DZ HGD and JGA, found in BMW E60 525D and 530D vehicles.

The flywheel incorporates a twin-disc design with a friction plate diameter of 228mm (8.98 inches) and features a replaceable cast iron friction surface for efficient maintenance. Pre-balanced to ensure peak performance, it includes a clutch shaft pilot bearing designed to stabilize the clutch shaft and reduce vibrations.

Installation necessitates specific components:

• Sachs 3000 951 019 clutch pressure plate
• Compatible clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder for the gearbox

A Toyota JZ starter devoid of an additional pinion cover is required, along with a Toyota OE flexplate or ring gear (32101-30090 | 32101-22050) and a spacer (OE 32116-22020) between the engine block and flexplate.

The flywheel, weighing 5.05 kg (11.155 lbs), mandates a tightening torque of 72Nm with adhesive for secure flywheel bolt installation.
