The PMC Motorsport Lightweight Custom Aluminum Flywheel is engineered for precise compatibility with the BMW M62 V8 engine series, including models M62, M62B35, M62TUB35, M62B44, and M62TUB44. This flywheel facilitates the coupling of these engines with select BMW Getrag and ZF manual transmissions, specifically:

• BMW GETRAG S5D-250G
• BMW ZF S5D-310
• BMW ZF S5D-320
• BMW GETRAG 420G

Note that this flywheel is incompatible with the BMW M54 GS6-37BZ 6-speed gearbox.

Constructed from high-quality aluminum, the flywheel features a replaceable friction surface and weighs 5.82 kg (12.83 lb). It is designed to accommodate a 240mm (9.45") clutch disc and necessitates the use of a dedicated release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder tailored to the specific gearbox.

• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Crankshaft position sensor adapter

Recommended clutch pressure plates for optimal performance are:

• Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243
• Sachs XTend 3000 951 877

Please note that the starter motor is not included; the suitable BMW M60 M62 OE starter models are 12 41 1 729 981 or 12 41 1 736 921. Additionally, a gearbox adapter (F0M57-M6) is required for installation.
