This custom rigid single-mass flywheel, crafted from cast iron, is engineered specifically for integration with BMW M57 engines and manual gearboxes from Nissan Patrol vehicles. It is suitable for a range of BMW models, including the E39, E46, X3, and X5, catering to motorsport and racetrack applications. The flywheel incorporates a twin disc configuration with a friction plate diameter of 215mm (8.46 inches).

Installation necessitates a PMC Motorsport BMW M57 to Nissan Patrol Y61 ZD30 / Y61 TD42 gearbox adapter. The flywheel is designed to pair with a clutch pressure plate from a BMW E9x M3, with the Sachs Xtend 3000 951 709S being the recommended model. Clutch discs from the BMW E9x M3 kit with a spline/hub profile of 32.5x35-26N are compatible. Retain the original equipment (OE) Nissan Patrol clutch fork and release bearing.

The flywheel is fully recyclable, and the bolt tightening torque is specified at 120Nm with adhesive. Note that it does not feature a replaceable friction surface. Production takes place in Poland, adhering to the ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification standards, which ensures superior quality and precision.
