This adapter kit facilitates the integration of a Nissan SR engine (SR20, SR20DE, SR20DET) with a ZF manual transmission, specifically the ZF GS5-39DZ 5-speed transmission, commonly utilized in BMW models. Renowned for its robustness and capability to withstand torque exceeding 1000Nm, this transmission is particularly suitable for drift applications and high-performance engine swaps.

The kit comprises:

• A custom flywheel constructed from aluminum and cast iron, pre-balanced to ensure optimal performance, and features a replaceable friction surface. It is configured to accommodate a single disc clutch with a diameter of 240mm / 9.45".
• Recommended clutch pressure plates include:
  • Sachs XTend 3000 951 877 (BMW M57)
  • Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243
• The clutch disc is specifically designed for gearboxes with a spline of 28x35-10N and a spline count of 10.

Installation necessitates:

• A clutch shaft pilot bearing
• A dedicated release bearing
• A clutch fork
• A clutch slave cylinder, all precisely adapted to the specified gearbox

The kit also includes:

• An aluminum gearbox adapter
• Gearbox adapter bolts
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Clutch cover-pressure plate bolts kit
• A custom clutch fork pivot pin/ball

The gearbox adapter has a thickness of 20mm / 0.78".
