PMC Motorsport presents an ultralight aluminum flywheel engineered to integrate Toyota JZ series engines, including models:

• 1JZ (non VVT-i / VVT-i)
• 1JZ-FSE
• 1JZ-GE
• 1JZ-GTE
• 2JZ (non VVT-i / VVT-i)
• 2JZ-FSE
• 2JZ-GE
• 2JZ-GTE

with Nissan 370Z Z34 manual gearboxes (part numbers: 320B0-1EA0A, 320B0-1EA0B, 32010-JK400, 32010-JK40B, 32010-JK41A). This flywheel, with a diameter of 184mm / 7.25", is specifically designed for motorsport applications on race tracks.

Constructed from certified aluminum materials, the flywheel is meticulously balanced and inspected prior to dispatch. It features a replaceable friction surface, enabling convenient replacement of worn cast iron surfaces.

Installation necessitates the use of a Toyota JZ starter motor (OE) without an additional pinion cover, accompanied by a flexplate/ring gear/drive plate with Toyota OE part numbers:

• 32101-30090
• 32101-22050

and a spacer OE 32116-22020 (4.5mm).

The flywheel is compatible with recommended clutch pressure plates, including:

• Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plate 7.25" 66-312 xxx Twin disc
• 66-013 xxx Triple disc

Proper installation requires a tightening torque of 72Nm for the flywheel bolts, with adhesive application. The set provided includes:

• Clutch cover
• Pressure plate bolts kit
• Crankshaft bolts kit

Additionally, a gearbox adapter (F0370-JZ) is necessary for complete installation.
