The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered specifically for interfacing the Toyota JZ series engines, including the:

with the Nissan 350Z (CD009) manual transmission. This ultralight flywheel measures 184mm (7.25 inches) in diameter and is ideal for motorsport applications requiring precision and performance.

The flywheel features a replaceable friction surface, allowing for the replacement of the worn cast iron surface with ease. It undergoes balancing prior to dispatch to ensure optimal operational performance.

Compatible with various Nissan 6-speed manual gearboxes, including models:

• CD001
• CD005 (32010CD005)
• CD007 (32010CD007)
• CD008 (32010CD008)
• CD009 (32010CD009)

For optimal functionality, it is recommended to pair this flywheel with the Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plate 7.25" 66-312 (twin disc POT) and 66-013 (triple disc POT). A suitable clutch disc for the gearbox is required, and the recommended starter is the Toyota JZ (OE) without an additional pinion cover.

Installation necessitates the use of a flexplate/ring gear/drive plate corresponding to Toyota OE part numbers 32101-30090 or 32101-22050, along with a spacer OE 32116-22020 (4.5mm) positioned between the engine block and the flexplate. The flywheel bolts require a tightening torque of 72Nm, applied with adhesive.

The package includes:

• A clutch cover-pressure plate bolts kit
• A crankshaft bolts kit

Material composition is aluminum with a replaceable friction surface. A gearbox adapter, F0350-JZ, is required for installation. Designed exclusively for motorsport use on race tracks, professional installation with appropriate tools is strongly advised. The flywheel is fully recyclable.
