The PMC Motorsport Lightweight Aluminum Rigid Single-Mass Custom Flywheel is engineered for BMW E46 models 320i, 325i, and 330i equipped with the M54 engine variants M54B22, M54B25, and M54B30. This component is optimized for 5-speed transmissions, delivering a substantial weight reduction at 5700g (12.9lb), which is 70% lighter compared to the original flywheel.

It incorporates a replaceable cast iron friction surface and retains the original BMW gear wheel with equivalent hardness to the dual mass version. The flywheel is pre-balanced and includes necessary bolts for installation.

It is specifically designed to accommodate the Sachs Performance pressure plate (part numbers 88 308 200 1243 / 883082.001243) and is also compatible with the BMW M57 Diesel engine when paired with the Sachs 3000 951 877 clutch disc tailored for the gearbox.
