The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to connect the Volvo Modular White block T5 and T6 engines to BMW Getrag/ZF manual gearboxes. This component is compatible with:

• Volvo White block straight-five engines (2.0, 2.3, 2.4 liters)
• Volvo White block straight-six engines (2.5, 2.8, 2.9 liters)

Additionally, it supports ZF GS6-53DZ 6-speed transmissions, including those found in BMW M57n2 E9x 330D models.

The flywheel is pre-balanced prior to dispatch and features a replaceable friction surface, enhancing its longevity and performance. An included pilot bearing for the input shaft effectively reduces vibrations during operation. Constructed from aluminum, the flywheel weighs 5.1 kg (11.24 lbs), optimizing performance without compromising strength.

The associated clutch set incorporates a single disc with a 240mm (9.45") diameter friction plate. It is recommended for use with:

• Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 pressure plates
• Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243 pressure plates

The installation requires additional components including:

• A dedicated clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder
• A Volvo OE starter (1 005 821 977)

Please note that required bolts and flexplate are not included in the package.
